1 cup Shredded coconut 1 apple roughly chopped
1/2 cup Dates Pitted
3 tbsps Chia seeds
3 tbsps Goji berries
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Pinch Celtic Salt

Great eaten as is or wonderful with fresh almond milk.
Place all the ingredients, except the goji berries and chia seeds, in the food processor.
Pulse three or four times till you have a chunky consistency.
Place in a bowl and stir through the rest of the ingredients.
